NYBUS - Parts Return Policy
- All returns require an RGA number. Call the office you purchased the part from to get your RGA.
- RGA numbers expire after 30 days
- Parts maybe returned for the following reasons
- New Vehicle Warranty - Please call our warranty administrator at 315-687-3969 ext 237 or email mjenkins@newyorkbussales.com to receive a return goods authorization (RGA) you must provide body number and Complaint-Cause-Correction.
- New Purchased Part - Defective parts are warranted by the manufacturer, generally for 90 days. Please contact Don Bielby at 315-687-3920 or email your request to rga@newyorkbussales.com. You must provide the original purchase invoice number along with date and mileage of installation and failure.
- Returnable Parts - Parts normally stocked by NYBUS may be returned within a six month period with the original invoice and the part is in resalable condition. Any part purchased longer than six months ago, or if you do not have the invoice, will require an authorization from the Parts Manager of the selling NYBUS office before credit can be given. A 10% restocking fee will be charged to the customer.
- Special Orders/Obsolete - Any special order or obsolete parts will require authorization from the Parts Manager of the NYBUS branch where it was sold unless other arrangements are made prior to those parts being ordered. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to the customer.
