What is TrackStar GPS

The Global Positioning System (GPS) can be used to continually monitor bus location, speed and routing as well as other operational functions in “real time”.  Trackstar uses the GPS system and your PC to show you exactly where each bus is and what it is doing. Vehicle location, speed and various ancillary functions such as door operation can be displayed on your computer to give you a "real time" picture of your fleet. Now help is available if you want to improve your routing and scheduling, cut fuel costs,  and provide your maintenance technicians with another diagnostic tool. All while you enjoy peace-of-mind knowing your buses are continuously being monitored.

 Why do I need Digital Video Surveillance

When you need to know what happened inside a bus, digital video can provide a hard copy of all the events that occured.  High resolution video cameras are strategically placed to monitor the entire bus and all occupants. All the recorded data is saved to an internal hard disk and can be uploaded to a computer for playback. When used in conjunction with TrackStar GPS and high speed cellular communications, you have a second by second account of the bus operation and all events occuring inside it.
